My Dooku never seems to Shock when using Lightning...?
I have his lightning attack Omega'd, yet I can't remember seeing him shock anyone when using it. Stun, yes, Shock, I don't think so?

Dooku has the highest potency in the game. It's not that
I'm sure he isn't dumb enough to forget about tenacity up
It's only a 50% chance. On top of that, there is always a 15% chance to resist any debuff. So really, Dooku shouldn't land that shock super often anyways.
