My Dooku never seems to Shock when using Lightning...?
I have his lightning attack Omega'd, yet I can't remember seeing him shock anyone when using it. Stun, yes, Shock, I don't think so?

right. so how they calculate the shock with 50% then a calculation of potency vs tenacity, then the toons “deflection chance” can cause an additional resist. even at 100% potency there is a chance of resistance even if the 50% check happens.
