What benefit to 7* scoundrels are you referring to? And why do you want 7* Barriss - are you planning to zeta her?
Does your guild currently do TB? I'm not sure I would recommend starting Captain Han until you are pretty close to getting to the ROLO mission. And remember that you need 5* Hoth Soldier also to do that mission. Don't forget Jawas for crit damage mods, that's a great set to have as well. You can't really go wrong farming Phoenix, they are useful in a lot of places.
