Nest, mods I recommend.

If you are planning on using nest i recommend giving her health mods, because her ability gives her protection equal to 40% of her max health, and these mods would give her lots of protection when she is attacked.

  • All Bonus Protection/Protection Up effects that are shown in purple are based on a % of the characters max health. This includes Cassian's zeta, Slave 1's reinforcement bonus, Plo Koon's Ship's protection up (not the protection regeration), Reaper's protection up buff, Wampa's Protection Up, Traya's bonus protection, Nest's bonus protection, ATF's protection up buff, etc.

    Put health mods if you want, defense mods might be better, but make sure:

    Arrow, Triangle, Circle and Cross are all protection primaries. Speed is NOT the key to Enfys if you want her unique to keep her alive.


    It doesn't say of max health for every other person. I can't name one that I'm aware of, but Ezra says "protection up 40%", and it's also based on health. TFP (ship) gains bonus protection based on health. All bonus protection that I know of in this game is based on health. Source: Testing and Observation and Common Agreement on the forum.
  • You want nest as fast as possible. He pretty much has one use currently at top end arena matches, go first vs palp/treya teams, apply aoe to stop nihilis and the team from gaining turn meter, knock 20% off and allow the rest of your squad to go first. Potency matters as you don’t want it to be resisted.

    After that nest has a Stun, chances are by the third turn the fight has been decisively decided and his use will be minimal at best.

    If you have top end competive mods on your shard your nest will be faster than any thrawn, and if your using sith you should be able to be faster than any Vader when a match starts. Mine personally runs at 294 speed.

    I say all this having sat in 1-5 on my shard and facing pretty much every possible meta team at the top end with barely anyone able to beat me and almost everyone avoiding me.
  • Btw reason seems simple - lower geared toons do not have any protection, so any ability based on % from 0 protection would do nothing. But every toon has health, so its safe to use it as base.
  • this works well for low star units to not get max efficiency
    also easy to test with erza's assist on GK modded for protection
    GK gets like 10-15 percent of his max protection as his heath is 2-3 times lower
    all protection up bonuses work like this, and, it seems, stays true for protection add bonuses too
