Nute Gunray is underrated

Its not so much the AI attacks him. But on D, he always throws the grenade first. So not only is it a wasted attack, he doesn't gain stealth.

He may be good, but not viable in today's meta. By the time the grenade goes off, the match is over and you lost a turn at attacking. And that assumes that the character that had it didn't die before it exploded. When arena matches start lasting more than 1 min (and not wasting time to get down to the last 10 secs), he might make a comeback.

Exactly. The battle is half over before his more powerful attack is useful.

Also farming him. Have Greedo 7* and 32 cuffs from gear 10. Despite forum advice I use Greedo on my arena squad with Sid lead. Finish top 20 on old server ( not into sniping ) if Nutes crits are like Greedo's wow!

Remove his detonator ability and replace with a useful special ability and he's a great character. Or make that into an instant AOE, which would make way more sense. (Since when do thermal detonators take forever to go off?)

If they fix his detonator he'll be a great character. His speed, damage, and passive stealth are soo nice :)

LOL! really funny ! I find Nute awesome. He is a 9/10 ranking char only if he didn't have that special skill.
Just take away that skill and he is usable. I'll rather have him with three skills than four. Already have a maxed out Leia waiting for the devs to fix this ugly alien.
