Old Ben ignores fracture

His zeta gives him taunt after his taunt expires. WAI.

It's WAI, Zeta Old Ben is dispelled, immediately regains taunt, then fracture is applied.

Hes not. He gains it before fracture is applied. It's in the mechanics and was used as an example when fracture was introduced but was too confusing so they changed the example gif.

Basically his taunt reapplied after its lost, and then fracture is applied. It's all about the sequence of events and what triggers what.

The special called “Fracture” actually does four separate things:

1. Deal special damage to target enemy four times.
2. Dispel all buffs on target enemy.
3. Remove 50% turn meter from target enemy.
4. Inflict fracture on target enemy.

Obi-Wan regains taunt after step two, and has it going into steps three and four. Fracture isn’t inflicted yet when Obi-Wan regains taunt.

But under fracture you cant gain buffs?

Ok... all very confusing.

It's like Munchkin... If there's a rule then there is something that breaks it... Or the house will make up a new rule to break it.

you might wanna finish the description. speed set to 0, CAN'T gain buffs, bonus attack, or turn meter. It is working as intended, but it still breaks the game in that it flat out states he can't have taunt and fracture on at the same time. That kind of works in the whole reading carefully part.
