I switched to Ackbar lead a while ago, and I just love it. I use Ackbar, Leia, RG and Luminara as permanent members of the team, with QGJ and Rey on rotation, where QGJ will be used vs. teams using a taunter like ST Han or Poe.
I have found that Lumi is quite good damage on her basic and first attack. And her healing has multiple uses. It can bring a character up from below 50% health, and it gives a health buff that can be used by Rey when she is present. And because of Ackbar and Leia, you still do damage, so damage output is not lowered.
I have been working on Daka to replace Lumi. Daka does have lower damage, but stun and double-stun on her basic is just incredible. Still some way to go though.
