Not sure what youtube video you saw but Padme does not destroy JKR - its a possible win but far from a hard counter.
They are definitely doing something wrong then. I haven't lost to a jkr yet with my Padme team. It's actually enjoyable watching the jkr teams constantly heal my toons with every mark.
And I don't need any you tube videos. I make my own and base this off my own experience. Fact is Padme poops on JKR.
