How should I mod my Phoenix team. I don't need to mod Ezra cuz i got him at 200 speed

For priorities, you want Hera and Zeb to land their debuffs, so as much Potency as possible on them, and Chop and Hera both really need to be fast for the team to work well. Kanan is like a super-tank, and actually works pretty well when slow(ish), if he has high health and prot.
Here's my Phx right now, with Mods: http://swgoh.gg/u/yerffcaasi/squads/11858/ It's not the best ever, but it took 5 attacks to bring down in the last TW. It also netted me 7* Thrawn.
