How do the uniques work with each other with Hera lead? I know they all work together but is say Zeb's unique (grants protection) 15% of Zeb's protection or 15% or toons protection? Thank you in adva...

Pretty sure you treat as each character has the 5 unique abilities. So they gain health, protection, offense, whatever based from their own stats.
