Instead of trying to kill Poe before he taunts, it's probably better to battle smarter. Obviously a dispel would solve this problem, but Asajj is way too slow and Mace Windu is useless. I think...

Reality is, PVP is all about speed and high damage attackers. If you don't have fast, high damage attackers that can get off before a Poe taunt, or kill him with 1-2 shots once he does taunt, you will get slaughtered.
Otherwise, use Poe yourself and hope yours goes first.
