Preparation for Supreme Leader Kylo

Hey everyone. I wanted your opinion real quick. Here is my first order toons: http://swgoh.gg/squads/176103/
I'm trying to gear them all up to gear 10 for this new event for new kylo, considering he will probably require all the FO toons. Is gear 10 enough? Should I be able to slack on a few(such as the TIE pilots)?
