Prepare for Ship Battles Early?

I recently created a new account. Currently level 41 and ranked top 100 in arena.

1. Should I stop farming for Lando my end game arena team or go for GeoS because he has a ship for when I reach level 60.
2. Should I focus on leveling up Jedi C for his ship rather than Luminara.
3. Should I focus on getting Akbar over STHan because the more powerful he is the faster his Home One ship is.

Basically should I rather plan ahead to do well in Ship Arena, because you can farm tonnes of items in the Fleet Shipments.

    Arena gives you crystals, which Is currency for any toon, gear or ships.
    Ships give you ship credits, which is currency for just a few toons, gear or ships.

    Putting ships as #1 priority is a mistake.

    Yea I'm starting to think so too. Will be a while yet before I reach level 60 anyway.
    Im wondering if I should stop farming Lando once I unlock him at 4* and get GS up a few stars (don't have many Dark side characters). Or just take Lando the whole way..

    Yes Evanbio I know what you mean. I had GS on my previous account he would always have most damage against raid bosses without a doubt. Shame I have to farm both Lando and GS from the same place.

    Take lando the whole way.
    You'll never look back, you'll never regret it.

    Once you get to level 60 it'll still take weeks to get 5 light and dark side ships... So don't buy into the hype.


    Im taking everyones advice! I'll focus on Lando, thanks man.
