as we have said, you need to find a better guild. that is the starting point to getting on a better track.
Like i said earlier, new guild with a full complement with a minimum goal of 600 for all every day. that will get you going.

I kind of like the guild I'm in though :\ I've been in it for some time and I'd feel bad just ditching them. But I don't know what else I could do.
600 daily raid tickets. this is whats used to launch raids, its built up by using cantina and regular energy each day before the Guild reset.
you have 2 options. stay and become a driving force for change and help build them up. which can be a lot of work to do by yourself, or leave and find a guild that is just better run and will help you grow.
