Quick question about Thrawn and Daze
So with zeta(unique) Thrawn and fracture whenever an ally uses a special ability he loses tm. Daze states it only prevents gaining tm, so if a Thrawn is dazed will he still lose tm?

Right but I was asking if daze-ing him would prevent him from LOSING tm to make him go faster(hypothetically)
