- Speed, like anyone else with 157 base speed. Protection, like 99.99% of chars. And then, I'd say Potency to stun except if you play with Resistance, and crits to make sure crits and cleanse your squad.

In case you haven't read his abilities, he gives himself and everyone else a base +10% accuracy. And then burning, which can't be evaded, increases that by another 10%.
He doesn't need an accuracy arrow.
Critical avoidance if you want him to just sit there. Speed if you want him to use his specials.

Well, he gets +50% potency on a resistance team, so probably just speed and protection. Maybe crit chance.
