Raid Han - Why does he sometimes hit three times on his basic?

I think y'all are misunderstanding. Not three consecutive moves but he literally does 3 attacks (more if attacking with Leia) when an enemy attacks him with two basics. Such as your solo, or an ezra. What happens is he does one attack, gets his double tap to pair with the first, then attacks again countering the second basic attack inflicted on him
