Raid Han vs Raid Han
In an arena battle whereby you and your opponent have Raid Han on your squad, will the attacker (ie. the one who initiates the battle shoot first?)

Is this the case? I don't run Raid Han but my shardmates do and I always wondered whether the attacking player goes first if I do up my Raid Han- Coin flip.
It is 50/50.
Just always seems like the enemies goes first. - Same for any other toon at 100% TM. I had Poe at full TM going into next GW node. My Poe went before opposing zolo, and reduced his TM. He never got a shot off. :)

In GW you can win the "coin flip" headed in to the next node with full TM on your team quite easily with several at full TM at the end of the last battle (easily achievable with a resistance team)
Otherwise it's just a 50/50 shot (no pun intended)
