Resistance Leader - Rey (jedi training) or Finn

I want to use a Resistance team in TB/TW and hAAT. I could either give a zeta to RJT or Finn. Is there anyone here who has a zeta on both of their leader abilities and could tell me which of them wo...

I broke through to the top 100 with zfinn jtr r2 poe and rt. Cant wait to get bb8 souped up and a reys leader zeta.
