The assumption is clones. The just reworked 3 clones, added the 501st tag and made AT a member of the 501st. So there are now 4 members of the 501st, gee I wonder what general might be missing.

That being said my thought process is you will need both seperatists and the new clones to unlock this new general.

Good call, she is by far the easiest of the new legendarys. Right on the edge of meta, but so was kru when he was released. Thats what worries me.

Clones feel to me like the gg rework. Drain resources, then give them a place in tb. Strong countermeta, but thats it.

What TB is your guild doing? If they're doing Geonosis, then concentrate on anything clone wars related - geonosians, clones, Padme/Galactic Republic, GG/droids. If they're doing Hoth, then you have more room to decide which way to go. The advice above for Revan/DRevan/Malak is good as those teams will be good in other areas. Getting your bounty hunters ready for Chewie is good as the BH line works well for GAC and TW.

No one knows what the new meta might be at this point as we're getting new clone wars content now but Rise of Skywalker isn't too far away and I expect we'll get a lot of new stuff for that too.

I don't recommend starting over unless you're intent on being high up in your arena shard. If you do start a new account, take some time to research Warrior's pillar system on YouTube. He started a new F2P account last winter and has had weekly videos about his progress. If you can be really structured in your game play, you should check it out.

If you don't care much about arena, don't start over. You've only missed 2 or 3 meta teams. If you like collecting, keep your old account and choose where to begin to catch up.

@hello1234 if start over you will progress very quickly. You will be top of your arena if you do it right. Meaning more crystals and faster farming.
It's sounds counter intuitive.

But if I also start over it’ll take me around a year to get back to where I am now though right?
