Holes in your roster are OK. I think as you said, you've got plenty to work on. Try not to start any new projects, you have plenty on the boil already.
*SLKR is your priority.
*Try to get that Executor to 7 star asap.
*I'm not sure what your mods should look like at 2 plus million, but....they could be better. Work on mods every day.
Then I guess GAC would be important? So, what I see is:
*Get that Chewpio up and running asap and complete that squad.
*You nearly have the OG Imp Troopers squad ready too. Speed is important for them.
*Geos are a nice early game team. Also their trio of ships work very well. Give them some love.
*Savage is very good in GAC. He's worth the relic.
I think that's where my focus would be. Your PvP teams being 2 FO teams, OG Imp troopers, Geos, CLS, Sith trio with Savage. Work on your mods. Work on Executor. Work on Geo ships. And get that SLKR asap.
Then think about Jabba, JKL, JML or whatever.

Yes, but don't leave yourself short. For example, I feel you need to be spending crystals on mod farming. However, it is important to earn crystals from your ship arena. So, yes invest some to earn.
What are the 2 FO teams and what zetas are needed for those?
I'd Phasma with the tie pilots and The executioner, with probably the storm trooper. There is an omicron for them in GAC and TW. Then a Kylo unmasked lead team, until you have SLKR. They're pretty zeta heavy, but.....as they're not going to be your main teams, only take the ones that are necessary for the SLKR unlock and the key PvP characters.
