Seems you should pick from what you've got. There's not going to be a great leader, so unless you have it it's hard to justify investing in it.
Lando is alright, but Darth Sidious may be the better choice. There's also Boba Fett and IG88 if they're not already part of your bounty hunter squad.
Not much in the way of scoundrel or general use leads.
You could also use Carth as it may be the better overall team benefit with Han Solo and Chewbacca performing well anyway. Or conversely, pick a rebel leader for Han and Chewbacca, trusting in the Mission and Big Z synergy.
