Yup yup which is why I'm holding out hope for Mara-Jade.
If thrawn was transformed into canon, I hope both Mara Jade and Kir Kanos will one day become a part of the canon.
(It is weird though, because there is a radio play about Kir Kanos which is not considered to be canon)
