Today I had 890k ally points,now i have 795k. Made a macro and left it to run for about 10 minutes.(hey not my fault they aren't doing a mass sim for these points,I aint wasting my time clicking ...

Spend them. There is not even a rumour of them being useful any time soon. All shards converted in shard store currency which will buy you a lot of gear.
That extra gear is more likely to help to gain better rewards in raids, TBs and arena battles over the next 12 months than probably anything else EA could create as reward for ally points.
