Sion TM (Palp lead)
Have you seen that Sion does not gain TM under Palp leadership after he uses Torment? Probably even after every Pain apply. Pain is a debuff, the icon is red! All the synergy under Palp lead is lost ...

That is correct. It's Empire toons that gain TM. Which is why I run Empire, and not Sith, under him.
