SnowTrooper Zeta idea.
Change his unique to double for empire allies instead of half. This will make the empire amazing if it gets on a role and the ability would be comparable to QGJ zeta.

It'd have to give slightly more than just TM after someone was killed. Current Zetas are making it extremely hard to kill characters, so it wouldn't match up well. It needs something to get rolling before it is useful.
