I agree with Supercat, here, I think there was a mistake in the post since it's written that we should change Double Down to "2 or more" crit, which is actually what he have right now.
That said, I agree with most change listed. Except maybe for the Geonosian Soldier. I don't use him, but I never though he was overpowered (especially with the new characters that are not only able to compete with GS in term of damage but that also have way more team utility than him). He's a strong single-target DPS, like Rey, but that's about it.
I also think some other characters desperately need a rework. Kylo Ren was hurt at least as much as Talia with the introduction of protection, for instance. There's tons of joke characters that have actually a pretty interesting ability kit that are useless because of way too low damage/speed/health/protection (pick two or three in the list).
Even characters that were buffed recently might be worth to look at. Plo Koon, for instance, why is his dispell fom "Quelling Blow" giving you a defense buff? It's super redondant with "Take Charge". 90% of the time, you already have defense buff up. Let's turn that to "offense up" or "crit up" so that he can be a bit more threatening.
