I don't think Luminara needs too much of one. She is a bit weak for an attacker, but her heal is very good, and she comes across as a character to me that is great for early or mid-game. Helped me a lot in GW in particular in the past. I'm ok with some characters reserved at being better for early game, but not as useful later on. I do think her speed needs an increase at least though. The problem with heals is that so many characters now counter it, and protection has made healing less useful. A lot of characters or leads give team healing as well as a passive.
I do think Yoda needs a tweak. His AoE in particular hits like paper. A slightly stronger synergy between Anakin and Ashoka would be very welcome to me as well.
