speed primary arrow mods - give to who?
I run AA(L), Lando, Leia, STH, Daka.
Currently, my speed primary mods are on STH(1 dot), Leia(3 dot) and Lando(3 dot).
I just picked up my first 5-dot speed primary.
I'm also trying to max Palpatine and maybe make a team around him because he's super cool - Who do I give it to? Or how do I rework my allocation altogether?
