Starkiller mechanics - Force Repulse

If you apply his omicron to force repulse, it dispels buffs from all enemies.

But as for bonus damage, do all enemies take bonus damage from all buffs dispelled, or just the buffs they individually had?

I tried diving into the code on swgoh.gg, but I'm just not very good at deciphering programming...
