I. I’m not sure that the auto-taunt is an enormous leg up, as stormtrooper’s taunt cooldown is 4 and he taunts for 3 turns
The pre taunt means you can get in ahead of the other team. It's very good against a raid Han or a Vader who opens with force crushing culling blade and a glass cannon is dead or assuming troopers is a b squad for tw against a fast Biggs pulling a quick treble attack or any a half dozen scenarios where someone opens strongly.
