That is for proof. But if you have veers and the other 3 already 7 star and geared to 10g or higher, go storm trooper. If you are just starting them and they are all less than 9-10g, do shore.
If you have stormtrooper 7 star already, he will be easier as you do not have to farm him. I believe it took me 6 months to get shore from the hard battle starting him at around 100 shards already gotten (from the tournament's they used to try and run but failed miserably). If you have a lo e star shore and quite a while to gear and get shards for others, go for him, but if not, storm is easier in a pinch.
Both tank heavy amounts, both are used in IT teams, go for the easier one now, and start farming the other so it is ready when necessary.
