Storm is one of the best tanks in game. In this game only Storm can survive 3 counters from full Rebel team under CLS lead in one fight. Shore cannot do this. Shore is different but very good also and his ship Reaper is excellent. Farm both but Shore is long farm, took me around 6 months to 7 stars. Shore can be also used in HAat in phase 3. The only thing which I dont like about Storm is his zeta upgrade. The most stupid upgrade in this game.
