Sandtrooper is a nice idea. Jumptroopers have been used in the Rebels series and are on SW Force Arena as well so that could be an option.

I have Tarkin at 7* gear X for fleet but I'd be pleased if he got a rework. It'd be worth getting him to XI then!

But I'm mostly sure it's thrawn, maybe whit some rework of old empire toon like moff and veers
