T3M4 2nd zeta says “droid allies gain 100% of T3M4 defense penetration”. But when i look at T3M4 stats he has 0% defense penetration 100% x 0% = 0% So this zeta is completely useless or am i mi...

No it does not. The "+" in the left hand column means the stat change is added to what the ability does, not a flat addition to stats. In the main description it just means an additional 100% on top of the stats he has. A
In summary, at the zeta level T3's Master Gearhead:
1) Doubles his armour and resistance penetration stats (together known as defense penetration, which isn't explained in game and really needs to be)
2) These stats are then shared with Droid allies.
