Tactical Maneuvering

Question

In AAT raid, Grievous should get Tactical Maneuvering when he gets 7th time damage.... but i have seen a lot lately that he gets it earlier, sometimes at 3rd time. Is that normal or do i miss something? Especially when i go with Jedies

I had this issue for a while until I realized I was using Thrawn and Fracture hits 4 times.

Are you counting all the counters, multihits, etc?

You must counter all hits.Assist, CounterAttack, BonusAttack

And dots, count the dots.With Jedi... is Ezra double tapping on basic?
