Taunt not cleared by fracture?

Hi, can someone help me solve a little mystery that I keep runnig into in arena? How is Old Ben's taunt able to survive Thrawn's fracture? All is apparent from this image:



I can cleanse this taunt no problem with sion or nihilus on his basic but not with fracture. Is this a bug or WAI?

    It is. But it's the order. Read Fracture's description.

    1 - Special Damage x4
    2 - Clear all buffs
    3 - Remove 50% TM
    4 - Apply fracture - preventing further buffs

    However; Old Ben's zeta taunt reapplies between step 2&3. So it's already reapplied when Fracture occurs. So now he's taunting at 0 speed.

    Please read what me and others told you, Old Ben regains the taunt between the debuff removal and fracture being applied.

    Actually looking at the code mechanics: he dispels, applies fracture, removes TM, and then special damage x4. But either way it's the Dispel THEN Fracture that's triggering OB's Zeta.
