For viability short answer is that 4* I'd consider minimum on them to hold top 50 with good mods and max gear. Start working them up and if you can pick up a few of the shipments where they appear as you go that's excellent. Keep in mind they will be farmable in 2-4 weeks. For cantina I'm a huge fan of tie pilot, he's fantastic in many areas of the game including raids and arena in a pinch. B2 is also a consideration. I'd also reccomend tossing a few points towards a mod challenge here and there, it's slow to get the really good ones with speed secondary stats but when it happens it bumps your team to ever greater heights. I'm running my sith assassin at 245 speed with a full crit chance and crit damage set on her just being lucky in drops and shop. Personally I don't think dooku is doing enough to warrent farming him up too much he's just not as strong as others. And for everyone I'd say revisit your savage, he's beastly especially with assassin and trooper shooting through protection. Often he can one shot someone after assassin goes.
