Definitely not, the zeta is what makes Savage borderline OP. Without the zeta he just sits there and gets punched in the ****.
Thanks for the heads up I was really tempted to put him in but was worried that he would just get slapped in the face.
I didn't replace Vader with him until I put a Zeta on him. Went 4 (zKylo, Phasma, FO and FoTP) vs 2 (zMaul zSavage) and managed to come out on top due to Mauls damage and healing and zSavage taking on his debuffs and constantly healing. His unavoidable damage once less than 50% is also a decent attack and comes in real handy.
