The chars I have anything invested in already are 7* G8 with G9 option Vader, 6* G8 Maul, 6* G8 EP with intention to get 7* in the next EP event and a 3* G8 Dooku. DN is currently 3* and G4 work in progress. All other chars are untouched and blank slates so far.

So which four Sith should I put behind DN in your opinions?

Assuming at least max gear I would try, DN Lean, Sidious zeta, Sith Assassin, maybe Dooku zeta, Sith Trooper. I know you didn't list all those, but if you want a more "competitive DN squad, that's what I'd shoot for. Vader is only good as leader or maybe with Palp lead, otherwise his dots get cleansed easily. I guess it depends on what your server's meta looks like. If you have a Rex heavy or maybe Rebels heavey server then Nihilus might be great. If your server is Maul heavy or even Vader zeta lead then it's probably going to be rather poor because it just can't compete with the speed you get from Maul lead or the TM control you get from Vader lead. But play what is fun for you, but know that DN's lead is not as great as it sounds for all situations.
