I'm sure its been brought up before in the thread, just need to remember:
X = (SAss Speed x 0.55), where X is the speed that gives 100% TM on Dark Shroud, if you want to order your Sith attacks. Against certain toons, e.g. Rex, having EP going first after a Dark Shroud is not a good idea etc.
