My advice is to build her as a heavy hitter. I used CC/CD mod set with crit dmg triangle and potency. With as much secondary speed stats as possible. Running at 254 speed 216% crit dmg and her special hits for 18-31k dmg at 7* (depending on buffs)
IF you don't have too much speed secondaries it might be better to break the crit dmg set in order to make her faster as it's important she goes first
