Baze start can help in the longer run since he's much harder to unlock now. Lando start on the other hand will help you enter a Heroic Pit/AAT guild much earlier. (Easier to grind to 7*). Rex isn't really needed at the start and can easily be farmed via guild shop later on.
@Huatimus that's what I thought too, I plan on give up on Rex, and keep Rebel/Scoundrel (Baze/Lando/Jyn/Ackbar/Chirrut) accounts only.
