I don't find him too difficult to fight. If you don't kill him off early, he will ruin your day though. My biggest question is why is he using TWO lightsabers? Count Dooku gets a force lightning attack but not the Emperor? That's really my only beef with him. He also should be clothed in black. When I picture Sidious, I only see Episode VI. Is this something from the Clone Wars series?
