Yes, Nihilis and Thrawn are used in every other Chaze team.

Sacrificing a slot for B2 is not enough since B2 doesn't do anything else other than remove buffs. (So much cleanse makes buff immunity almost useless).

There is only a single Deathtrooper in my top 20 so can't judge a great deal on this character, just that dark side sucks compared to light-side in this game.

If things were better balanced then you wouldn't see so much complaints about this ridiculous duo.

Don't forget that Rexx, and Chaze have NO zetas, and dominate all these well synergized teams with zetas. Let that sink in.

Thrawn and nihilus (DS) are definately better than chaze, and even better if used without chaze i might add. More commonly used in high ranking teams aswell.
Deathtrooper is underrated. In a match deathtrooper (alone) vs chaze (2 toons) i'd give deathtrooper a good chance of actually winning.

1: chirrut and baze were cool characters in RO, but didn't do all that much. They're OPness wouldn't even be that bad if their kits even remotely resembled anything they were like in the movie. Chirrut is a better force healer than Barriss, and all he does in the movie is dodge blasters and hit people with a stick (and his bow caster which is admittedly pretty cool(and should have been an ability)) and should have just been a hard hitting attacker with foresight. He should also have some sort of retribution, maybe when an ally is attacked so you have to attack him. Also get rid of his dispel. The ability is good with out it (50% of and empire enemy's health ain't too bad.) maybe the new ability could do 25% damage, and an additional 25% if they're empire and call chirrut to assist. Now there's no unnecessary heals, no dispels and cleanses out the wazoo, and best of all, they have real weaknesses. The insentive has always been "oh chaze has like 3 real counters so they're not OP. What? You don't have boba, thrawn, or nihilus? Got gud nub" but if they change they can be countered by more than a few toons with abilities exclusive to themselves.

coming from a total f2p player who never run those two in arena team, but was ranked at top 10 on novembar 2015. shard...I honestly miss facing triple cleanse teams :)
