Thrawn help?

Alright so not my main issue. But I've noticed when I put back up plan on Kanan while he was fractured, next turn he was killed, and did not revive. This has been consistently happening. Am I missing something? Shouldn't be revive? I would have beaten it last time. The stars had aligned!

I think what happens is that if Death Trooper hits your Kanaan (or any other) with his Terminate ability, Kanaan won't revive. It's part of DT's ability.

I've almost beaten it a few times with my current set up, but will see. I beat r2 with all gear 7-8 and crummy mods. As I have all legendary events, so I expected to do it again. My mistake will cost me more than likely.

I think we are like many others, F2P player who go to these events under-geared and under-leveled and with the mindset that a good RNG will help us and it usually does. But I think chopper is essential for this to happen. I'm about to give up on it and move on. Tired of this blue prick and his karate crap.

Yet on Hera's description it says her Back up Plan ability cannot be prevented. So that's contradictory.

So in case anyone wants to know, I beat it. All gear 8. Sabine and Ezra 216% crit damage and both about 180 speed. Health and potency focus on Kanan and zeb. Health and speed on Hera. Took probably 150 tries. That being said my characters will be overgeared for every legendary event ever from now on.

First post, thought I'd try to encourage those struggling with the thrawn event. I just beat the event with G10 Ezra G9 Hera G8 Zeb Sabine Kan. I've been prepping for the event for months. Based off of forum discussion, I was confident I'd be able to beat the event without too much trouble. I was wrong.

It took me at least 250 attempts. Perhaps the definition of "decent mods" was greater than I imagined (April 2017 shard). I have very few speed mods. Like others have said, you've got to kill the DT first. Ultimately, the difference was using assist on Zeb to keep Thrawn stunned. I lost Sabine almost instantly. Don't be discouraged if Thrawn resists Zeb's attack, between assists and Zeb basic you can keep him stunned most of the time.
