Thrawn mods

I'd have though speed and protection. Not sure about offence.

Speed set and speed/prot secondary

speed set with defense or health set (4 + 2), protection on cross and triangle
you want to max his protection so he can gain 40% prot on his self-heal
speed for arena for him to go first, you can then give TM to whoever you actually want to go first or just fracture someone...for raids you want him slower though

See I like a faster thrawn cause it makes the cooldown go faster you just have to make sure to use specials in order to reduce his turn meter

Not sure how I want to use him. Feel pretty useless in HAAT so would be nice if I can use him there.

Thrawn is very good in Haat phase3.

Why would you want speed mods? It seems to me that since he keeps someone fractured until his next turn, you'd want to delay that next turn as long as possible?

His speed is cut in half while someone is fractured. Also, you can further elong the fracture if you have other Empire characters to use special abilities to remove his tm. So having a fast Thrawn is more about the non-fracture times.

I use Speed + Tenacity on him.

This, better health, prot so he stays alive longer for another fracture
