Chirrut, a healer, can for some incredible reason outdo an attacker and one shot people sometimes.

As above poster said, he's an attacker. So rather Chirrut, an attacker, can for some incredible reason outdo a healer and heal to full people sometimes.
My apologies. You guys are right. Ironically enough, as we are speaking about this topic, my guildie had his SA receive a 24k crit by Chirrut, the attacker, who happens to also be a healer and dispel. Fair and balanced, like Fox News.
Chirrut isn't that powerful by himself, what makes him great is Baze synergy. Once Baze is dead Chirrut is far from being a threat especially if you don't play rebels.
Kenobi, Nihilus and Thrawn are another story since they can fit in any kind of team, they have not much synergy they're only overpowered toons. What is worrying me way much is new toons stats, Thrawn or even R2D2 don't have a single weakness, they're fast, tough and powerful, THIS is breaking balance.
If one can just put the last 5 overpowered toons together and then build a new meta, that's really pathetic balance wise. Rex doesn't help much here cause he's the main reason people keep building bland teams since he's the perfect bland generic leader.
Nerf some generic toons lead and we'll get more variety.
