I'd drop Phasma as her lead is not TM related and get Old Ben instead.
I User for TM:
Old Ben (L): for +15% Dodge, and 30% TM for Dodge, Offense down and TM reduction
ST Han: TM manipulation everywhere
Rey: damage and foresight (=dodge =TM)
Yoda: buff + foresight
QGJ: TM manipulation and debuff
