Rex has a higher base speed than Bastilia fallen. with equivalent mods, this team won't work. Rex will apply tenacity up and stop nihilus.

Rex is 160 with the addition of 4% speed for each 501st ally. Making him faster than thrawn with equivalent mods
Bastilia fallen has to naturally go first or the strategy falls apart. Thrawn can’t pass turn meter to nihilus after fracture if he gives it to bastilia first.
